Technical data
When you visit the site, our hosting, content delivery, and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, request date and time, pages requested, browser or device type, referrer, and performance or security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain service reliability.
Cookies and analytics
When you switch languages, the site stores the MALIPS_LOCALE cookie containing only th or en for one year. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and performance without cookies, and loads Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. GA4 measures pages, acquisition sources, and statistical events such as selecting a service or opening a contact channel. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message contents with these events. You can change or withdraw consent through Analytics settings in the footer. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled.
Contacting Malips
When you contact us through LINE or email, we may receive your name, contact details, message content, and files you send. We use this information to respond, assess your project, prepare a proposal, take steps you request before a contract, provide contracted services, and retain evidence needed to comply with or exercise legal rights. Those channels are also governed by each provider's privacy policy.
Legal bases and recipients
We process information only as necessary to respond to a request or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in providing services, securing our systems, and maintaining the site. Cloudflare, hosting, email, and LINE providers may process information where necessary for these purposes, and information may be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law.
Retention
The language cookie lasts for one year. Technical and security logs are kept for the period necessary to operate the service, investigate incidents, and follow provider settings. Contact information is kept only as long as needed for your request, the business relationship, legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Links and changes
The site links to THBid, Google Play, LINE, and other external services with their own privacy policies. If we add a form, identifiable analytics, advertising cookies, or materially change how information is processed, we will update this policy, show the revision date, and request consent where required by law.
